1. Agreement

By using Taitreat (operated by Couriers & Freight Pty Ltd, ABN 50131492576) and our freight and shipping services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide a platform that connects you with carriers for road, air and ocean freight. We act as an agent in arranging services unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Carriers may have their own terms that apply to the actual carriage of goods.

3. Your Responsibilities

You warrant that you have authority to arrange shipments and that all information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for ensuring goods are properly packed, labelled and declared. You must comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to dangerous goods and restricted items.

4. Payment

Fees and charges are payable as stated in our invoices or quotes. Payment terms may vary. We may suspend services if payment is overdue. Interest may apply on overdue amounts.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited as set out in our trading terms. We recommend you obtain appropriate insurance for your goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from our services.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes where practicable.
